Virginia Olsen Eyeshadow in Midnight Glam and Spring

IMG_8210

I promised I would post a look wearing the green eyeshadows from Virginia Olsen, and here it is! This is a lighter version of the smoky eyes, which can be worn during daytime. You can experiment and go darker for parties or events.

Want to achieve this look? You're in luck because I'm giving away Virginia Olsen eyeshadows! Click here to join.

This eye makeup is actually very easy to do! Here's how to do it -- First, apply the Spring eyeshadow to the inner corners of the eyes, then apply Midnight Glam to the outer corners. Dab a little bit of Midnight Glam to the inner corners too for some shimmer. Make sure to blend the two colors well. (I highly recommend a blending brush for this. Unfortunately, I left my blending brush at home and wasn't able to use it.) Add black eyeliner on the upper lash line and on the waterline. Then line your lower lashes again using the Midnight Glam eyeshadow. Add some mascara and you're all set!

I only used Midnight Glam and Spring for this look, but you can also mix and match other colors following the same procedure above. Forest and Midnight Glam, perhaps? :)
