Okay, I'm pretty sure all of you have heard that H&M recently opened its first branch in the Philippines at SM Megamall. I've seen photos of the long lines of people waiting to get inside the store, and several even camped out the day before the opening.
Before all that craziness, H&M actually hosted a VIP shopping party two days before its opening day, and I was lucky to have been invited! We got first dibs on all styles and everything was at 20% off!

There were so many people who attended the party that it became difficult for me to shop! The place was so crowded and the lines for the fitting rooms were terribly long. That means I'm going back there soon for round two!
Guests had to walk on a really long red carpet to reach the registration area (so cool!). And there were security personnel all over the store, which made me feel (uhm?) safe. Lol!
I was glad to see so many familiar faces that day!
H&M occupies three floors at the Mega Fashion Hall. As expected, it has everything – ladies wear, activewear, menswear, and even kids wear!

The clothes were nice and pretty affordable! It's basically just like any other H&M store abroad, but a bit cheaper (yay!). The store offers a lot of basics as well as minimalist pieces. And if you're looking for winter wear, this is a place you shouldn't forget to check!
This was my outfit of the day (I mean night lol). I love how this crop top can be styled in so many different ways! It's not from H&M though, but my maxi skirt is!
