Caramoan Day 1

As promised, here are the photos from the first day of our Caramoan trip! It's a three-hour drive from Legazpi, followed by a boat ride for two to three hours. A glass of iced tea was waiting for each of us when we arrived. We stayed in Tugawe Island Cove which has like, around 200 steps to go to the restaurant and pool. And a little less than that to go to the villas. The orange coverup I was wearing above belongs to my cousin:)

P.S. I hate the reflection of the water on the first photo. It makes me look like I have thick, flabby legs. Haha.

Escape

Hi guys! Before summer officially ends, we went to Caramoan for that last minute beach trip. It was all very spontaneous and was decided just a week before. I'll post the pictures later so watch out for it! The place is amazing, I swear! :)

Outdoorsy

The shots were taken at Nuvali. Everything was perfect, the lighting, the view, except that my right eyelid was partly inflamed and I looked horrible and disgusting. Because of that, I couldn't wear my contacts and I couldn't apply any kind of eye makeup (which I so totally can't live without! well, sort of). I had it for 2 weeks and after a week, I woke up, this time with my left eyelid inflamed. Boo-hoo. It's gone now but I also had my wisdom tooth extracted last week and up until now, I can't eat properly and I'm not allowed to lift heavy things and engage in strenuous activities. Talk about extreme torture! This morning I just came to the doctor for yet another concern and had to take meds for it. This month is totally not good to me but once all of this is resolved, I'm positive that everything will go back to how it was and I'll be back to my usual happy self! :)

Sweet Kisses

Wore this floral top from Cosmopolitan (which I also wore here) and this skirt from Forever 21. I'm very much into florals and bright colors (okay, so not me, haha) lately because it's summer!! I'm actually wearing two necklaces here. The black and silver chain, which I got from Jean and Rosz can also be worn as a headpiece and a belt. Talk about versatility! The one with the silver pendant goes with a simple black chain. If you think one necklace is not enough to spice up your outfit, you can try layering them, making it seem like you're just wearing one necklace but with added 'oomph'.

Florals at Night Version 2.0

When I was thinking of a title for this post, I immediately thought of 'Florals at Night' and realized that I had already named one of my posts like this in my previous blog here. It's been a year since those photos were taken and I'm feeling a bit nostalgic. Those set of photos were one of my first outfit shots and I clearly remember how weird and uncomfortable I was feeling then. I read some of my old posts as well, such as this and wondered how much I had changed within a year.

Okay, back to the present! I wore my Feet for a Queen shoes for the very first time! I love how it gives me extra height. Great for the times when you need a confidence boost. It's my tallest pair and it's one of the most comfortable! You should get a pair from Feet for a Queen! Trust me, it's worth it!!

I Love Koi Fashion Show Favorites

I was able to attend a fashion show of the swimwear brand, I Love Koi, showcasing their latest collections. The fashion show took place at the Prive Luxury Club. The brand also collaborated with fashion bloggers: The Plump Pinay (Stacy and Danah), Patricia Prieto and Tricia Gosingtian to create designs based on their styles. Congrats to Jade and Lace for a successful fashion show!

Colorful Summer

I do not have that much colorful pieces in my wardrobe because I'm more into neutral colors- black, white, brown, beige, cream and navy blue are all you can see in my closet. But since it's summer and this time comes only once a year, I practically pulled out the most colorful things I can find in my closet and put all of them together in one whole look.
